1.    What this Privacy Policy Covers.

Diverse World Education LLC (“DWE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your (“your” or “you”) privacy.  DWE’s privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) covers how we collect, use, share, and protect your information.  This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect at or through or any related site operated by or on behalf of DWE (the “Website”) or from your access to or participation in any message board, forum, online course, product, service, or materials on the Website (collectively, “Services”).  This Privacy Policy is also governed by DWE’s Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”), located at  Any capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings provided by the Agreement.  If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not use the Website or any Services.  By using the Website or any Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy.

Through your use of the Website or Services, we may obtain two types of information: (i) information you provide through the Website or any Services and (ii) information the Website or any Services automatically collect as you interact with the Website or Services.

a. Information You Provide Us.

4.    External Links.

The Website or Services may contain links to other websites operated by organizations other than DWE.  We are not responsible for the practices of other websites, including, without limitation, such websites’ practices regarding your privacy.  We encourage you to read the privacy policies of other websites that collect Personally Identifiable Information.

5.    Confidentiality and Security of Personally Identifiable Information.

We consider the confidentiality and security of Personally Identifiable Information to be of the utmost importance.  We will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep Personally Identifiable Information confidential and secure and will not share Personally Identifiable Information with third parties, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy.

a. No Guarantees.

Because the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot and do not guarantee the security of Personally Identifiable Information (or any other information), and there is some risk that an unauthorized party may find a way to circumvent our security systems or that transmission of your information over the Internet may be intercepted.

b. Security Breach Notice.

If we become aware of any security breach that we know has resulted in unauthorized access to Personally Identifiable Information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to inform you of that breach as soon as practicable.

6.    Do Not Track.

We may decline to recognize or respond to “do not track” (“DNT”) settings in browsers, which is a privacy preference that users can set in their browsers.  When a user turns on DNT, the browser sends a message to websites requesting that websites do not track the user.

Your use of DNT settings might affect your ability to use the Website or Services.  This Privacy Policy covers only DWE’s response to DNT settings and not how third parties respond to DNT settings.

7.    Updating Your Personally Identifiable Information.

If you would like to modify Personally Identifiable Information with DWE, please contact us at  We try to answer every email promptly but might not always be able to do so.

8.    No International Users.

The Website and Services are not for use by anyone whose data is subject to laws that provide restrictions in addition to or greater than United States laws.  If you are such a person, do not use the Website or Services.

9.    No Children Under 13 Years of Age.

We strongly believe in protecting the privacy of children.  We do not knowingly collect or maintain Personally Identifiable Information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of the Website or Services is directed to children under 13 years of age.  If you are a child under 13 years of age, do not use the Website or any Services.  If we learn that any Personally Identifiable Information of children under 13 years of age has been collected by us, we will promptly delete such information.

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time.  We will notify you of any such changes, either by email or by posting an updated version of this Privacy Policy on the Website, and your continued use constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
